Why can't I delete a member Group?
Solution
Custom membership groups that you have created can be deleted at any time.
However, you cannot delete the first 7 groups in the membership groups list, they are the default membership groups (Founder, Owner, Administrator, Moderator, Member, Affiliate, Preview).
These default groups can be renamed, but not deleted.
