 I forgot my password. Can I get a new one?
Solution If you cannot remember your password, you can request to have a new one sent to you.
  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link.
  3. Fill in your e-mail address (username is not required unless you do not wish to reset all your accounts).
  4. Submit the form.
The password will be emailed to the email address you entered.

Note: As a site administrator you can reset a member's passwords for them:
  1. Login as a site administrator
  2. Click on the "Site Administration" link in your "My Account" area.
  3. Click on the "Data" tab - "Members".
  4. Search for the user that requires a new password
  5. Edit the user's profile by clicking on the name link in the "Name" column.
  6. In the "Account Information" area, enter a new password.
  7. Click the "Update Member" button at the bottom to submit your changes.
  8. Notify member of their new password.
